The Senior Accountant position is primarily responsible for providing transactional and managerial support during the month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing activities of the organization. This role will collaborate closely with the Accounting Manager to ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial deliverables, while adhering to pre-determined deadlines. The position has a strong emphasis on inventory and fixed asset management and accounting. Additionally, this role will serve as a backup to the Accounting Manager, overseeing the day-to-day activities of the department while documenting, formalizing, and updating accounting systems and processes.
The Project Manager is responsible for leading, planning, coordinating, and implementing client projects and designated department projects according to the identified specifications, deadlines, and budgets. The project manager drives the operationalization and execution of all assigned projects and follows the established project management methodology to define project charter and objectives, create schedules, and provide oversight throughout the entire project.
The Associate Service Delivery Manager position is responsible for delivering our IT managed services to a portfolio of client accounts with the support of a cross-functional team. This role involves helping designDATA safeguard our revenue, retain our clients, grow our accounts, and spearhead projects to modernize client infrastructure.
Provide technical support to clients by troubleshooting applications, systems access, resolving hardware, software and network related issues. Utilize pre-defined call and ticket management procedures to identify, resolve, or escalate issues to the End User Support Technician Tier 3 and the Technical Account Manager. Document and monitor service requests to ensure the issue resolution meets or exceeds the service level standard. Provide guidance on basic technical topics to Tier 1 technicians. Provide onsite technical support to the client when requested by the Client Technology Manager.
The End User Support Technician – Tier 3 provides technical support to clients by troubleshooting applications, systems access, hardware, software, and network related issues. Identifies and resolves complex issues or escalates issues to the End User Support Technician Tier 4 or the Technical Account Manager. Documents and monitors service requests to ensure that the issue resolution meets or exceeds the service level standard for owned tickets as well as tickets owned by Tier 1 and 2 technicians. Provides training and coaching and acts as an escalation point for Tier 1 and 2 Support Technicians. Provides onsite technical support for clients.
