designDATA anticipates significant growth of macOS in the vertical spaces they already specialize in, including associations, non-profit organizations, and government agencies. This new Apple offering will include remote management, dedicated and certified end-user support specialists, training services, zero-touch deployment of new systems, security compliance, data backup, and service updates.

“With more organizations allowing their end-users the ability to bring their own device (BYOD) or choose a device with a familiar operating system (OS), there are a lot more macOS and iOS devices entering office environments,” explained DeBerry, “The great thing about this trend is that employees using a familiar OS are more productive; however, the downside is that IT service organizations have more difficulty supporting macOS and iOS within the traditional office infrastructure.
